At Nectar Collector, we stand by the precision and quality of our electronic products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic unit, charging cables, and manuals back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
